The short version
The validator, converter and CV editor on this site process your document in your browser. The file you paste or open is never uploaded, stored or logged by us. You can confirm this by opening the network tab of your browser while you use them.
What we collect
Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records the requests it serves (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes under its own privacy policy. We do not receive per-visitor logs from it.
Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept the analytics category in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records page views and basic interaction events. Nothing is sent to Google before you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie policy page. IP anonymisation is enabled.
Proof of consent. When you make a choice in the cookie banner, a record of that choice (the categories granted, the policy version, a timestamp and a salted hash of your IP address) is stored so we can demonstrate consent as the GDPR requires. The hash cannot be reversed to your IP address. Records are kept for the lifetime of the consent (180 days) and then deleted.
What we do not collect
- The content of any resume you validate, convert or edit.
- Account or contact details — the site has no accounts and no forms.
- Cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers.

Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Because the site holds no personal data beyond the consent record described above, the practical answer to most requests is that there is nothing to return. Changes
This policy changes when the site does. The date at the top of the page is the date of the last material change; the repository history shows every edit.
